Out of Warranty Repairs
End December 31st, 2008 At the end of the year,
eSoft will no longer repair Out of Warranty EX2,
EX, xSP, and PRO products. This means that if a
unit fails and the original or extended warranty
has expired, the customer will not have the
option of repairing the unit.
